HOUSE FEATURES:
This unique property has been refurbished to include updated amenities and comforts, but still retains the charm of its original features. Kia-Ora offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (master with ensuite) plus an additional single bedroom accessed from the terrace. The charming interior is beautifully styled with quality furniture and furnishings and offers a large dining room opening out to the terrace, a well-equipped updated kitchen and a separate lounge area with an open fire, comfy sofa and a Smart TV.
Set behind picket fences, the delightful garden setting features a sun terrace, alfresco dining, outdoor pizza oven, 2 undercover patios to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails plus an outdoor shower. Well behaved pets are welcome with prior approval.

- STRICT NO PARTY POLICY – No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events/gatherings allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
- Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
