Enjoy year-round sun with the north-facing living areas that open onto a wraparound deck with views of the bay and lush greenery from the mature trees. It is perfect for alfresco entertaining with a BBQ, high table and bar stools and Adirondak chairs. Sit back and enjoy drinks and nibbles, lunch or dinner whilst taking in the beautiful view. There’s even an outdoor swing seat on the deck to relax and read a book or take in the sea breeze.

The driveway provides ample off-street parking for up to 3 cars, a jet ski or small boat.
