Located within the Moonah Links residential estate, this home is the ideal spot to enjoy a golfing holiday with family and friends, there is even a set of golf clubs for guests to use. The scenic paths throughout the estate provide a great opportunity to walk or ride a bike. This home is well suited to couples, a group of friends or an adult family.

• This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY - No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. • Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.

• The driveway is steep, only suitable for vehicles with higher clearance, like most SUVs. Please check carefully for clearance underneath the vehicle at the entrance to the garage.
